We have developed our Architectural services to meet the specific needs of our residential Clients. Our services aim to support our Clients from the Design & Feasibility stages, through to the Planning Submission. Thereafter providing Detailed Building Plans and Project Management services, ensuring your project is completed satisfactorily. This may start with an initial visit, where we can discuss your aims & objectives and how we can help you. Followed by a detailed quote of our services. Our fees are standardized were possible, or estimated against the services we are providing. Our fees are standardized where possible or estimated against clearly identified stages. We are in contact with a wealth of reliable Consultants that provide specialist professional help such as Structural Engineers, Landscape designers, Interior Designers, Planning Consultants & Party Wall Surveyors. We are more than happy to coordinate the input from these Consultants during the project.

James studied Architecture in London. Since then he has gained a wealth of experience working for a number of high profile Architectural Practices in our Capital and abroad, before establishing Jamesdoddrell:Architect Ltd in 2005. James leads all of the residential projects undertaken by the Practice and will be your main point of contact. “Each project is unique. It begins with your brief, along with a whole set of aims, desires & objectives. The more comprehensive the brief the better! This allows me to provide a series of architectural solutions in response. Architecture to me is about understanding how individuals use their spaces, taking the essence of this and producing a design solution, that will add-value.” “when I’m not immersed in architecture I like to run – extreme off-road & hill running, or to walk with my family & our dog in the Surrey hills!”
